|Welcome to Bragg Middle School
My name is Brad Robertson. This is my second year at Bragg
Middle School. Prior to coming to Bragg, I served as assistant
principal at McAdory High School. Before that, I was assistant
principal at Gardendale High School for a few years. Prior to that, I
taught history, coached wrestling, football, soccer, cross country, and
sponsored the National Honors Society.
I am a graduate of McAdory High School. After high school, I
attended Faulkner University where I earned a B.S. in Business. I then
enrolled at the University of Montevallo where I earned a B.S. in
History and an M.Ed. in Secondary Instruction. Later I went back to
school where I earned a M.A. from UAB in Instructional Leadership. Most
recently I completed my Ed.S. from UAB in Instructional Leadership. I am currently working on my doctorate.
I am married to Allison Robertson, a nurse at Brookwood Hospital.
We have one daughter, Addi Jo and a son, Caleb. Outside of Bragg Middle
School, you may find me at church, fishing, watching Alabama football,
reading, gardening, or just spending time with my family.
I am a firm believer in the value of a quality education. It is my
goal as principal to do all that I can to ensure students are safe and
learning. I have truly enjoyed the opportunity I have been given to
work with your children.
My door is always open if you have a question or concern. Please feel free to email me or call the school.
